📦 1. Order & Minimum Requirements

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

 To keep our wholesale pricing as competitive as possible, our minimum order value is €150. There are no minimum quantity requirements per style, allowing you to mix and match to perfectly curate your boutique's collection.

Do you offer sample orders?

Yes! We understand that you want to see and feel the quality of our 14K gold-plated pieces before making a large commitment. Please contact us at  hello@catwalkjewellery.com  to request a sample order arrangement.

🚚 2. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

 We proudly ship to all European countries (and worldwide) using express couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS.

  • Processing Time: All wholesale orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery Time (Europe): Once shipped, expect your package to arrive in 3-10 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

 Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Enjoy FREE express shipping on all orders over €500!

⚖️ 3. Customs, Duties & VAT (Important for EU Buyers)

Are customs duties and VAT included in the wholesale price?

 No. Our products are sold strictly on a B2B basis at wholesale prices, which do not include your local VAT or import duties. As the importer of record, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, clearance fees, and local taxes (VAT) required by their country's customs agency upon arrival.

Tip for EU Businesses: Ensure you have a valid EORI number or VAT ID ready for your local customs authority to speed up the import process.

↩️ 4. Returns & Damages

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

 We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch. However, if any pieces arrive damaged during transit, please contact us within  5 days of receiving your package. Send a photo of the damaged items to ( hello@catwalkjewellery.com ) , and we will issue a credit to your account or send a replacement in your next order.

Do you accept returns for unsold items?

 Because we operate purely as a B2B wholesale provider, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold inventory or simply changing your mind.
