Thank you for choosing My Accessories. Since we are a wholesale supplier, our return and refund policy is as follows:
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us at hello@myaccessories.online within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or a credit note for your next order.
Returns
Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" once an order is delivered.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement before they are processed for shipping.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
